Who We Are

Jelcan Inc. is a construction company based in Winkler, Manitoba whose primary objective is a job well done at a reasonable price. We specialize in structural steel fabrication and erection, as well as pre-engineered steel building assembly.

Projects range from farm sheds to commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. Our scope of work also includes installation and removal of various types of equipment, and our CWB certification permits us to do structural and custom steel fabrication.
